In her thirty years of experience, Dr. Churchill has tirelessly advocated for a new paradigm of leadership informed by diversity, collaboration, and equity. Currently the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Community Engagement and a faculty member in Education, Leadership, and Policy Studies at Boston University's Wheelock College of Education and Human Development, she has recently served as Chief of Policy and Planning for Mayor Kim Janey in Boston. In 2021, Mary was appointed to the Women's Network Executive Council at the American Council on Education, focused on advancing women leaders in higher education.
