David Gaudet kept hearing a problem when he talked to employers who were hiring employees straight out of college - they had a lot of technical skills, but not enough self-awareness on pillar competencies (what some might call "soft skills"). So David decided to do something about it, by writing The Daily Undoing: Being Better at Being Human.
